Waiver

By registering online it is agreed that you have read, understood and signed the below mentioned Waiver. If Not Signed Or Agreed To The Waiver, You Will Not Be Officially Registered For The Walk

A parent or guardian must sign the waiver for anyone under the age of 18. An adult must accompany the children under the age of 12. In signing this release, I/we acknowledge that I/we hereby agree and absolve harmless the Sri Sathya Sai Baba Centre of Edmonton, Corporate sponsors, cooperating organizations, and any other parties connected with this event in any way, singly, or collectively from and against blame and liability for any injury, misadventure, harm, loss, inconvenience or damage hereby suffered or sustained as a result of participation in the Walk for Values or any activities associated therewith. I/we hereby consent to and permit emergency treatment in the event of injury or illness. I/we also give full permission for use of name, photo, and video connection with this event. I confirm that the information provided is correct.
